Get help with one thing you need
It's free for you. It's private, so your name is never shown on the site. You can ask for one thing, like a bed, work tools or a school uniform. It can cost from £30 to £500. Someone who already helps you, like a support worker or a charity, backs your request.
How does it work?
There are four steps. You can stop at any time.

We check it and show you the listing before it goes live. You can change it or say no.

When someone pays for it, your sponsor gets it to you. You never get or handle cash.

Questions people ask
Will my name be shown?
No. Your name, photo, address and town are never on the site. Givers see the thing you need, its price, what it's for and who checked it. The giver never gets your details.
Does it cost me anything?
No. It's free for you. There's a small listing fee. The sponsor pays it, or it's added to the giver's total. You never pay it.
Do I need a sponsor, and how do I find one?
Yes. A sponsor is someone who already helps you. It could be a support worker, a charity, the council, your school or a housing officer. They tell us your need is real. If you're not sure who to ask, send your request anyway. We'll try to help.
How long does it take?
We reply within 1 working day. Once we have everything, including your sponsor's OK, we list it within 2 working days. We can't say how long it will take for a giver to pay for it. We're a new, small service.
