I want to Get Help
To GET HELP, you create a listing, detailing your need and request.
You then upload that into the Giving121 system and after being checked this will be listed in the GIVE HELP area of the site, waiting for a match from a donator, an individual who will provide the help.
Once the match is made, the help will be on its way.
Third-Party verification and checks
When you create your listing you must include a third-party “sponsor” (or that sponsor can create the listing for you) click here for more details of the sponsor/verification process
Giving121 will then perform a check to make sure the case meets the security standard to avoid fraudulent claims, once the case has passed the check, it will be listed.
What information do we need?
The full details of you, your “sponsor” and the help you are seeking.
The details you supply us will be kept private and secure within our systems.

What information is listed?
For privacy and security all cases are listed anonymously with general information to describe the need you have and the help you require.
Your name, location and other personal information will never be listed publicly on the site.
What happens when a case is matched?
As soon as a donator or giver confirms they will provide the support, with your permission or your sponsor’s permission, direct contact will be facilitated between you and the donator, or your sponsor and the donator.
How much does a listing cost and who pays this?
All listings cost either £7.50 or £12.50 (inc. VAT where appropriate).
The option is that it is paid in advance if uploaded by a sponsor; or paid by the donator when a match is made, as it is added to the financial commitment.
As a person requesting help, you do not pay for the listing at any point.
